At Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), we take pride in delivering high-quality coffee. Because our products are consumable, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product integrity and safety.
1. Returns
Due to the perishable nature of coffee and food products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items.
We may accept returns only if:

The item is unused and unopened

The return is requested within 7 days of delivery

The product is in its original condition and packaging
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
2. Refunds & Replacements
We will gladly issue a refund or replacement if:

Your order arrives damaged

You receive the wrong item

Your order is lost in transit
To request a refund or replacement, you must:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Provide your order number

Provide photo evidence of the issue (if applicable)
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
3. Non-Refundable Items
We do not offer refunds or returns for:

Opened coffee products

Used merchandise

Orders outside the return window

Dissatisfaction based on taste preferences
(We get it—taste is personal. But we can’t take back coffee that’s already been enjoyed.)
4. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of being placed. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped and cannot be canceled.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If eligible, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
