Purchase Options

At Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC, we offer several purchasing options to serve both individual customers and business partners.

One-Time Purchases

Customers may purchase products individually without any recurring commitment. Orders are processed once payment is successfully completed.

Monthly Subscription Orders

Customers who subscribe to recurring monthly coffee deliveries receive a 5% discount on eligible subscription orders.

Subscription benefits include:

  • Automatic recurring deliveries
  • Fresh coffee shipped directly to your door
  • Discounted pricing on subscription products
  • Ability to manage, pause, or cancel your subscription

Subscription billing occurs automatically based on the delivery frequency selected at checkout.

Bulk Orders

Bulk ordering options may be available for events, offices, fundraising, hospitality, or large-volume purchases. Processing and fulfillment times for bulk orders may vary depending on product availability and order size.

Certain bulk or custom orders may require additional processing time and may be non-refundable once production or fulfillment has begun.

Wholesale / B2B Orders

Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC offers wholesale and business-to-business (B2B) purchasing options for approved retail, office, hospitality, and commercial partners.

Wholesale pricing, terms, minimum order quantities, and fulfillment timelines may vary by account type and agreement.

Approved wholesale accounts may be subject to separate invoicing terms, agreements, or policies.

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift cards are available for purchase and are delivered electronically to the recipient.

Digital gift cards:

  • Are non-refundable
  • Cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law
  • May only be used toward eligible purchases on our website
  • Are the responsibility of the purchaser and recipient once delivered electronically

Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC is not responsible for gift cards sent to incorrect email addresses provided during checkout.

Subscription Management

Customers may manage their subscriptions through their account portal or by contacting us directly at least 48 hours before the next billing date.

Customers may:

  • Skip a shipment
  • Pause a subscription
  • Update billing or shipping information
  • Cancel future subscription renewals

Changes requested after a subscription order has already processed may not take effect until the following billing cycle.


Order Cancellations

Because coffee orders are processed quickly to ensure freshness, orders may only be canceled within a limited time.

One-Time Orders

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet entered processing or fulfillment.

Subscription Orders

Subscription orders must be canceled or modified at least 48 hours before the next scheduled billing date.

Bulk & Wholesale Orders

Bulk, wholesale, custom, or large-volume orders may not be canceled once processing, sourcing, roasting, packaging, labeling, or fulfillment has begun.

Digital Gift Cards

Digital gift card purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded once issued.

Once any order has been processed, roasted, packaged, digitally delivered, or shipped, it cannot be canceled.


Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee products, Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC generally does not accept returns on coffee items.

Refunds or replacements may be issued if:

  • An order arrives damaged
  • The wrong item was received
  • Products arrive defective
  • Items are missing from a shipment

To request assistance, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos of damaged items or packaging if applicable

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Wholesale, bulk, custom-labeled, and special-order products may be non-refundable unless damaged or defective upon arrival.


Shipping & Fulfillment

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary due to carrier delays, holidays, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or supplier fulfillment timelines.

Tracking information will be provided once an order ships.

Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.


Failed Deliveries & Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply
  • Refunds will not include original shipping costs
  • Perishable coffee products may not be eligible for reshipment or refund
