1. Order Processing

All orders are processed through our fulfillment partner.

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Because our coffee is roasted to order, processing times may vary slightly to ensure freshness.

Once your order is processed, it is sent directly to our roasting partner for fulfillment and shipment.


2. Shipping Times

After processing, estimated shipping times are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (U.S.)

Shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, or high order volumes.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.

We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time, which will be clearly stated on our website.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update.


5. Multiple Shipments

Because we use a fulfillment partner, some orders may arrive in separate packages.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that shipping information is accurate at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Third & Pike Coffee Co. LLC is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly.

We will do our best to assist you, but we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds in these situations.


8. Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photo evidence.

We will work with you to resolve the issue in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.


9. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

Fulfillment Locations

Third & Pike Coffee Co. partners with trusted roasting and fulfillment facilities to ensure fast, fresh delivery of your coffee. Orders may be shipped from one or both of the following locations, depending on product availability and destination:

•     Temecula Coffee Roasters — Temecula, CA
•     Old Chicago Coffee Company — Orland Park, IL

Your order confirmation and tracking information will reflect the appropriate shipping origin.
